Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Craftship SaaS Kit ("Product") provided by Craftship ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Japan, operating at craftship.app.

By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Product Description

The Craftship SaaS Kit is a digital product consisting of source code, templates, and related documentation delivered as a downloadable ZIP file with a license key. It is a one-time purchase at the listed price.

3. Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax collection, and billing-related inquiries.

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

• Use the Product to build unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify the source code for your own projects

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product as a standalone product, template, or starter kit
• Share your license key or download files with third parties
• Create a competing product derived substantially from the Product
• Claim authorship of the unmodified Product

This license is for a single individual (the purchaser). Each developer on a team needs their own license.

5. Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive a download link and license key via email and/or the Lemon Squeezy dashboard.

6. Updates

You will receive all updates released after your purchase date at no additional charge. Updates are provided at our discretion.

7. Support

We provide support via email at support@craftship.app. Support covers issues with downloading, installing, and using the Product as documented. Support does not include custom development or general programming assistance.

9. Intellectual Property

The Product is the intellectual property of Craftship. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product as described in Section 4, not ownership of the intellectual property.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Craftship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
