Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the Craftship SaaS Kit. Since this is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase, please review this policy carefully.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@craftship.app with:

  • Your order number or the email address used at checkout
  • The reason for your refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.

4. After a Refund

Upon receiving a refund:

  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • You must delete all copies of the Product
  • You may not continue to use the Product or derivative works

5. After the Refund Window

After 14 days, refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We may consider refunds for critical defects that we are unable to resolve or duplicate purchases.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after the 14-day window
  • Lack of technical skill to use the Product
  • Incompatibility with tools not listed in the Product's requirements

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and can be avoided if we resolve the issue directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in license revocation.

8. EU Right of Withdrawal

For EU customers: By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital Product, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This waiver is confirmed during checkout by Lemon Squeezy. Our 14-day refund policy above still applies.
